Successful corporate blogging comes down to a three step process according to Forrester Research as it publishes its latest study, The ROI of Blogging: The Why and How of External Blogging Accountability.

Developed by analysts Charlene Li and Chloe Stromberg, the report is designed to help corporate blogs do what they are supposed to: increase brand visibility, counteract negative content, increase sales and develop a greater customer/brand relationship.

The new study will help companies create successful corporate blogs that increase brand visibility, customer insight and sales generation, according to Forrester Research.
