Manchester Airports Group (MAG) is the country's largest UK-owned airport operator. Their four airports - Manchester, East Midlands, Bournemouth and Humberside – currently serve a total of more than 28 million passengers every year. Their objective was to increase their online market share and control their competition.
They asked ambergreen to increase the number of online bookings and generate the best possible return on investment. Ambergreen delivered and surpassed all of the client's expectations: After 12 months revenue had trebled and market share increased by 2%. Ambergreen helped transform the business by suggesting MACP to introduce cross selling of services. Over the entire period of the campaign the return on investment has been 9:1 with October 2005 peaking at 15:1.
